Kobus Huisamen is an Accredited and Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and holds a Bachelor in Law, a BA Honours in management and an MBA (Finance).

Kobus is a cross-border M&A specialist and has been lead advisor in transactions totaling USD 1 billion, covering several industries and spanning several countries in both developed and developing economies. He provides a comprehensive advisory service, starting with buy- or sell-side strategy analysis and consulting through search, due diligence and execution.

Prior to working in corporate finance and M&As, Kobus worked in strategy consulting for almost a decade. He held several directorships and is still regularly consulted on corporate strategy on board level and meets periodically with government officials on matters related to FDI and technology exchange.

Currently living in London, England as a Corporate Advisor with Axiom Capital, Kobus has extensive list of Clients and affiliates throughout  the UK, Europe and Asia.
