Since 2007, our company has been producing "expert witness" reports on the Fair Market Value of Australian based Private and Public Unlisted Companies. Our largest asset valuation reported was A$230.000,000 for the sale of Mining Assets to an overseas Company and the least was A$7,000 for litigation involving a Vacation Time Share membership as part of a Matrimonial settlement.
Our Fair Market Value reports are extensively researched and rely on market data where available and/or a supported conclusion based on evidentiary facts. Reports are compliant with the International USPAP Standard and the Australian Accounting Standard APES 225 and have been accepted as 'expert witness' reports in the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
